The Royston Heritage mural was designed in collaboration with groups from across the local area using artworks created as part of our Mobile Heritage Exhibition. Local artist Annmarie Devlin was inspired by these artworks created by the community, bringing them together as a celebration of the heritage of Royston.
Located at the bottom of Roystonhill, facing the motorway, it is a spot that has ongoing issues with being a target for vandalism. We hope that by involving the community in the design and production of this mural, we can reduce the amount of graffiti happening in this spot.
